Mayor John Peyton and his staff took time out of their busy schedules to give back. They arrived at 7:30 a.m., energized and ready to work on Kitti-Lyn Pruitt's home. They spent the day painting, cutting down trees, cleaning her yard and moving furniture back in.

"I am thankful that our city leadership team was able to experience first-hand the tremendous work that Builders Care does in our community. We had a very productive day, enjoyed being together and derived a lot of satisfaction from the opportunity to serve Mrs. Pruitt and her family," said Mayor John Peyton. "I would encourage any organization or business in town to do the same."
